  • When do I have to pay for my WHS training?

    Full payment is required by the first day of your course.

  • What is the Safetylec training refund policy?

      All applications for refunds will be determined individually. In all cases, Safetylec Management Solutions will endeavour to transfer an attendee to another session that is convenient rather than lose the attendee. In general, if a refund is requested the following guidelines will apply:

  • How do I register for WHS training?

    You can register for the upcoming course and date of your choice by going to the page of the course you would like to book in for and selecting “Book Now”.

  • What happens if I can’t attend?

    Let us know as early in advance as possible, we are quite flexible and will endeavour to find you the next possible course date to reschedule.

  • Do any discounts apply when booking more than one course?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer multi booking discounts.

  • Do you offer private WHS training?

    Yes!  If you would like to organise a private training, either at our training location or at another site of your choosing, we can work with you to accommodate your request.  Get in touch to chat about your training needs [LINK to enquiry form]
