About Safetylec Management Solutions

Family-owned Cairns business for over

20 years

The Safetylec Story

Andrew Maunder grew up on work sites as his father had a family-owned electrical business and he often tagged along. His own career started with an electrical apprenticeship, and he quickly worked his way up to become a director for a Queensland top 500 company in the commercial industrial and mining sectors. That led Andrew to develop a passion for health and safety ultimately resulting in the formation of Safetylec Management Solutions in 2004 with his wife Monique.

As a team, they are dedicated to consistently improving their service and training offerings for maximum customer satisfaction.

Foundations of Safety and Excellence

There are 3 core values that are the foundation of our success:

Ethical and Moral

Everything we do is done with ethical and moral principles – we believe in doing what is right, not just when required but all the time. This enables us to foster trust and confidence with our clients, students, and our community.

Profitability

Ensuring our profitability in business is how we have been able to continue operating for over 20 years. Whilst remaining profitable we can then focus on delivering excellent value for our clients.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction with our service is vitally important to our business. Without our incredible customers, we would not have lasted as long as we have and this is front of mind for all of our team members.
